The tenant portal is where our residents will go to log in to their resident account. Once logged in you can check the status of your account, pay your rent, make a request for maintenance, check the status of your maintenance request and much more. Make a Request for Maintenance
Have an issue with your unit and need to make a maintenance request? No problem! Simply email our maintenance department at ahughes@cantonhousing.org and we will be in touch with you soon. Please make sure to leave your name, email and in the comment section please provide us with your location, unit number and a brief description of the issue you are experiencing and we will get back to you as soon as we can or you can always call the office at 601-859-4032 if you would prefer. If this is an emergency, do not email, hang up and call 911. If this is an emergency repair call 601-859-4032 ext 113 immediately.
