RURAL LISC

In 1995, LISC launched Rural LISC to expand its reach beyond urban areas to include rural communities. Today, Rural LISC partners with 71 community development organizations, including three financial intermediaries: Rural Community Assistance Corporation (RCAC), Fahe and California Coalition for Rural Housing (CCRH). Rural LISC is working together to transform communities in over 1,400 counties across 42 states.

Federal Home Loan Bank of Dallas

The Federal Home Loan Bank of Dallas (FHLB Dallas) is a part of the Federal Home Loan Bank System, created by an Act of Congress and signed into law by President Herbert Hoover on July 22, 1932, to provide capital for mortgage funding during the Great Depression.
The System has 11 banks around the United States, serving as an affordable, flexible source of funding for some 7,400 financial institutions. FHLB Dallas is one of these 11 banks.

HOPE Enterprise Corporation, Hope Credit Union

HOPE (Hope Enterprise Corporation, Hope Credit Union, and Hope Policy Institute) provides financial services; aggregates resources; and engages in advocacy to mitigate the extent to which factors such as race, gender, birthplace, and wealth limit one’s ability to prosper. Since 1994, HOPE has generated over $3.6 billion in financing and related services for the unbanked and underbanked; homeowners, entrepreneurs and small business owners, nonprofit organizations, health care providers, and other community and economic development purposes. Collectively, these projects have benefited more than 2 million individuals throughout Alabama, Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, and Tennessee.

The Housing Assistance Council (HAC) is a national nonprofit that supports affordable housing efforts throughout rural America. Since 1971, HAC has provided below-market financing for affordable housing and community development, technical assistance and training, research and information, and policy formulation to enable solutions for rural communities.
