(CMHDC) is an independent 501(c)(3) nonprofit, Community Development Corporation (CDC)/Organization with over ten years of affordable housing development and support experience to the Canton, Madison County Mississippi community. Our offices are located at 120 Faith Lane Canton, Mississippi 39046.
The mission of our organization is to provide education, social service, community development services and the development of safe, decent and affordable housing to low- and moderate-income persons and to promote and support the mission, activities, programs and operation of the Canton Housing Authority.
CMHDC has been instrumental in the development of over 250 units through various partnerships and single purpose entities. Our latest development is a 60 unit one of a kind tax credit property called Woodcreek. This property is a project-based section 8 development with garages for all units.
